Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiting your 25% booking fee.
- **Booking Fee**: A 25% booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee is **refundable only if you cancel 48 hours or more in advance**. If you attend your appointment, the booking fee will be applied toward your service cost.
**Appointment Time:**
- **Punctuality**: Your appointment time is specifically set aside for you, and we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals can cause us to run behind schedule and affect other clients. If you are **15 minutes or more late**, you will be considered a "no-show" and your booking fee will be forfeited. Unfortunately, no service will be provided in this case.
- **No-Show Policy**: If you do not show up for your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. For any future bookings, **full payment will be required upfront** to schedule your next service.
